In principle, Ceracoat faser antibac demonstrates the same effects as the normal Ceracoat faser protect. The application also remains the same. The product is also provided with a decisive advantage: a bactericide effect in conformity with EN 1040. According to the reports submitted to us, the bacteriostatic (bacteria preventing) effect in conformity with the EU Norm EN 1040 has been tested. A significant antibacterial effect against the test germs pseudomonas aerogunosa and staphlococcus aureus (!) can be proved in the case of the product Ceracoat faser antibac, according to the results of the microbiological tests carried out. In addition, Ceracoat faser protect antibac complies with the requirements of the law concerning the handling of foodstuffs, tobacco products, cosmetics and other consumer goods (law on foodstuffs) completely.

Application and Care Instructions

In order to achieve a lasting and optimum effect, the fabrics, covering fabrics and floorings must first be cleaned. Set the nozzle to a fine mist and spray approximately 10-20 ml per m² depending upon the thickness and quality of the fabrics. Best distribution is achieved on the still-damp fibres, but application can also be conducted on a dry surface. Optimum protection is achieved by spraying the fibres twice, and followed by a drying time of around 24 hours. Ironing the sprayed textiles increases the hardness.
