Ceracoat Stone protect
Product Properties - No negative influence on the look of the stone Ceracoat stone protect is a dirt-resistant coating formula for application on porous silicate substrates. Ceracoat nano Stone protect is ready to use, dissolved in water and optimized for absorbent surfaces due to its formulation. Therefore it can be beneficially applied to porous surfaces as an invisible, impregnating, dirt-resistant, UV-stabile coating, regardless of whether the stone is natural ashlar, sandstone, concrete stone or terracotta, clay tiles or stone panels. Suitable application areas include floor and wall coverings, building facades, consumer terracotta or roofing tiles. Since with Ceracoat stone protect only the interior side of the pores is covered with an ultra-thin coating, the substrates also continue to remain breathing-active after coating. Application and Care Instructions Ceracoat Stone protect is ready to use and can be sprayed directly onto the clean surface. Ceracoat stone protect forms a coating on the surface layer that is very chemical and mechanical-resistant. Avoid the formation of drops when coating. Complete hardening is achieved in 24 to 48 hours (surrounding temperature 20°C) with a dry surface. The amount is dependent upon the absorbency of the surface and lies between 10 and 50 ml/m˛. This makes it possible to protect areas of from 20 to 100 m˛ with one litre or 5 to 25 m2 with 250 ml. Areas of Application Dirt and moisture-resistant and sealant for all porous silicate surfaces. Ceracoat nano stone protect is surface protection for all types of stone such as natural sandstone, concrete stone or terracotta, clay tiles or stone panels. Suitable application areas include floor and wall coverings, building facades, consumer terracotta or roofing tiles.
